MOSA will provide a full refund of payment for a meeting if notification of cancellation by a participant is received in writing at the latest 14 days before the meeting is due to take place. If notification of cancellation is received less than two weeks before the meeting, a £10.00 administration fee will be charged.
If a meeting is cancelled by MOSA or due to any unforeseen circumstance, a full refund will be made to any participant who has already made a payment.
An administration charge of £10.00 will be deducted from the sum to be refunded. No refund will be made if cancellation is requested within 14 days of the event.
The annual subscription paid by a new member of the Association will not be refunded should that member change their mind about joining.
The annual subscription of an existing member will be refunded after payment has been made if notification of that member's resignation from the Association is received in writing not later than 30 days after the date the subscription was due i.e. 1st April.
No refund will be made to existing members after 1st May in any one subscription year.
